Located in Río Claro, this project arose from the need to adapt a former artificial turf field to house a factory for prefabricated concrete products. In a location with relentless sun and constant heat, the design seeks to protect the office and dining areas with a parasol that acts as a sun barrier, maintaining more comfortable temperatures in these spaces—a design that combines functionality with aesthetics. Construction of this project was carried out in stages, necessitating the building's scalability, which has been adapted to meet the factory's growing needs.
